This month brings many special activities.
At this time of year, we celebrate Education Week.

Upper Grand’s official Education Week opening will be held at: Centre Peel P.S at 7:00 p.m. on Monday May 7th

This non-competitive, co-ed baseball league is a great way to get your kids out of the house and onto the ball diamond to learn some basic skills and rules of the game. It’s also a fun time for kids to catch up with their friends during the summer months.
Practices start mid-June, with one game or practice per week until the end of August. It’s all local, and it’s all for fun!

Spring at last! I hope that your family had a wonderful March Break. Exciting events in March included Senior Kindergarten and Grade 8 graduation pictures. Some students enjoyed skating. We have exciting events to look forward to in April.

 Principal’s Message : At Minto-Clifford February was a busy month. Primary students celebrated 100 days of school on Feb. 10th and students wore pink, red or white for the Valentine spirit day. Our annual Oral Communications competitions, supported by Harriston Legion Branch #296, were held in February. Primary students presented poems and Junior and Intermediate students presented speeches.

This year our Grade 8 Graduation ceremony will be held on Wednesday June 27th. Our first graduation committee meeting is set for Wednesday March 7th at 6:30 PM and will take place at Minto Clifford Public School.
