The instruction sheets for "How to Apply On-line to College" are now available in the guidance office. You can pick up these blue sheets and apply to college NOW.

The PIN numbers and Green Page Instruction sheets for "How to Apply to University" are now available in the Guidance Office. If you have completed your community service hours - you can get your PIN number from Mrs. Huffman in the Guidance office. If you have not completed your 40 hours yet - please bring your pamphlet to Mrs Buddo along with your plans to complete your hours and she will give you your PIN number.

HOW TO ACCEPT YOUR UNIVERSITY OFFER ON-LINE

 1)  Go to www.ouac.on.ca

   Click on Undergraduate Applications

   Click on OUAC 101

   Click on  “Review and Change your completed application”

2) Log In

3) Enter your 2009 reference number and your PIN #

4) check in the box;  click “Log in Now”

5) Click on “Start Review and Change” on the left of the screen

6) Click on the “Choices/Offers” box at the top of the screen

7) Find the program you want.  Click on the red “Offer”

8) Click in response circle “I wish to accept the offer”

9) Click :  Continue

10) You will now see in red   Unsubmitted Acceptance    under Applicant Response

11) Scroll to “Submit all changes/responses” and click on this

12) Click OK ini the screen that appears re: ‘submit’ is a three step process

13) Scroll down.  Click on  “I verify that the information above is correct as shown”

14) Click on “I agree”

15) Print Confirmation Number  (if you do not receive a confirmation number you have

40 Hours of Community Service

     1)  If you have completed it and submitted your pamphlet - GREAT!

     2)  If you have completed it and not submitted your pamphlet - hand it in to Mrs. Huffman in the guidance office ASAP.

     3)  If you have not completed your hours - check the Volunteer Opportunities on the guidance office bulletin board and VOLUNTEER today!
